Hitachi Rail acquired the signaling business Thales GTS to form one of the largest mobility companies in the world. Our brief was to help ensure the transition had clarity and was smooth for all employees.
The strategy was to make what can seem like a daunting and confusing time, clear for all employees. The platform that was ultimately chosen: Our track is clear.
Building on Hitachi Rail’s core brand, whilst bringing in new and bold elements, we created an identity system that set these communications apart from everything else. In a short time-period, we designed and delivered toolkits and presentations, new employee welcome packs in multiple languages, a launch video, emailers and digital collateral.
