Irresponsible use of everyday medicines is a massive issue. Haleon wanted to help educate the general public on this important topic as well as remind Health Care Professionals (HCPS) of the basics.
We named our campaign ‘Let’s treat it right’ and organised our content into themes around how to use, dose, store and dispose it right. We developed a content strategy, where impactful social content would drive people to a microsite that contained all the information needed.
This was bolstered by in-store activations in pharmacies and healthcare influencer content for HCPs.
Key to this was bringing the campaign to life in a way that reflected the new Haleon brand identity, whilst adapting it for the specific audiences. We did this through measured use of colour and engaging illustrations along with upbeat and snappy animation.
